Awesome part. Works great hold zero and wont move once locked in. Great addition to a great scope. Can remove it and return to zero with out effort. GREAT PEICE.

Too Expensive,

This is a five star item that I gave three stars because it was too expensive. This item was made for the Burris AR-332 Prism Scope. It is well made and solid and works well and I like it but it is about $35.00-$40.00 too expensive for what it is. It should be in the $40.00 range. Also, the mount that comes with the AR-332 scope is easy enough to mount that a quick release mount isn't necessary. I bought this with the intention of using it on two different rifles but the original screw on mount that comes with the AR-332 scope attaches to a picatinny rail so easily and is near self zeroing that it wasn't really necessary for me to buy this. If you have some specific reason for snapping a scope on and off at the range, then this is a great piece of equipment but I can easily unscrew my AR-332 scope from one rifle and screw it onto another rifle while at the shooting bench at the range.
