This is a very affordable scope, but unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The set-up is easy, and sighting it in is not a problem. Unfortunately, the recoil from my Kel Tec SU16A causes the intensity of the red dot to change with every shot, sometime actually causing it to disappear altogether until I fool with the intensity knob on the scope. Very frustrating.

Recieved product and noticed holes for mounting screws were drilled out of alignment. Impossible to mount. Returned product.

I bought this for my S&W M&P 15-22 and I am very impressed with it. The optics are clear and the 2X magnification is really great. It doesn't have a fancy reticle like the expensive ones. It really is just a small red dot, but it works, and with the 11 position dimmer control for the red dot, it works great inside a range or out in full sunshine.

This is obviously not a combat ready device, and the lens caps are plastic that you pull off and put in your pocket, but for the price, this thing is amazing. I love it.
