I finally wanted a decent scope for my .22 so I looked around and thought for $30 why not take a chance? I was pleasantly surprised because I have heard both good and bad as far as Barska's quality. I'm sold now. I would not hesitate to buy another Barska for any of my other rifles. This one is mounted on my Marlin model 60. I've got it dialed in at 50 yards and I can shoot less than 1" groups. I liked it so much that I bought another one for my dad's Remington 572 pump. Keep in mind that this is a fixed power scope. I actually prefer that because I hate having to look through what seems like a pinhole when a variable power scope is turned up to full power. Anyway, I love the clarity and the sight picture. The tabs on the vertical and horizontal adjustments make sighting in a breeze with no tools required.

Appears to be a good quality scope priced reasonably. Was delivered on time and as described. Great thing about this scope is that it's parallax is set for 50 yards which makes it suitable for both the .22 long rifle and the .22 magnum rifles that I am putting them on. Most shots at small game are taken at ranges less than 50 yards, even using a .22 magnum rifle, sure kills at 100 yards are pushing it.

My friend and I went to the range to test out a new gun and this scope. After a few minutes of adjusting, I was shooting as well as my friend who has a $160 scope. We swapped scopes, adjusted again and then he was shooting better with this scope on his gun, so it wasn't the gun, ammo, or shooter. I would buy this again and my friend is thinking about buying this one or another from Barska.
