ok, i spent 4 weeks pouring through all the different scopes, it's nuts. every manufacturer has their little twist on things and none of em have a complete package. it's "oh, i want this from this scope, and this from that scope...etc" if you are researching it you know what i mean. i purchased this for a remington 700 bdl detachable mag. the weapon can shoot to 1k yrds + and i wanted a scope that could do the same, even if i never ever shoot that far. and no i am not going to spend 2 grand on a leopold. if you think they are wonderful then good for you, i'll take the differnce and buy ammo and reloading supplies. that being said, i wanted a scope that is point and click as much as possible. out beyond 5 or 600 yrds there ain't one. at least not that i have seen. i have another rifle and i bought the bushnell DOA 600 for it, it is pretty much point and click once you run the ballistic numbers through to verify bullet drop. anyway back to bsa. the one i purchased is a mildot and...Read more
