I've had mine for a couple of years now, It has taken the abuse time and time again and given me outstanding performance.
Pros: Cost, great optic, snap shooting BDC reticle, chart of BDC caliber offsets and settings / adjustments- manual with instructions. Long Eye Relief. Large Field of View. Very good glass for it's cost. Solid construction past what I've come to expect from the "on the cheap" optics. You get what you pay for. This glass is the exception to that. I would expect to pay at least $400-$700 for the quality and features given on this optic. Would I buy it again? Yes.
It does what it was designed for very well with a low signature, not too long, for a good hunting feel and handling with rifles. It is just about right for size and magnification for basic hunting / field use. Is it an ultra long range optic? No, it was made intended for practical hunting use from close to medium work. It fits this bill nicely without breaking your bank in...Read more

This is the second Burris 2X7 I have purchased and it will go on my .50 cal muzzle loader. I already have one on my .450 marlin. It has withstood the shock of quite a number of heavy recoil shots without an issue. It is my go to scope for low light hunting as the light gathering qualities on 2 and 3 power are far better than my more expensive leuopolds and Nikons. It's size and clarity are also outstanding. I only have it on rifles that I shoot at 200 yds or less so I cannot judge adequately the long range performance.

I purchased this scope for use on an AR carbine. Optical quality is quite good at all magnifications and eye relief is decently long.
I also purchased a Nikon M223 mount which places this scope perfectly with regard to height and eye relief with the M4 style stock.
The Fullfield line from Burris is no longer U.S. made but at the sale price of $140 it was hard to pass up.
The only downside is that the ocular rotates when you change magnification so the use of a flip up scope cap is problematic. I understand that the latest Fullfield line has rectified this problem.
I've not used this product long or hard enough to swear to it's reliability but I've been well served by other Burris scopes so I'm anticipating no problems.
