Four different height rings to choose from allows either ultra low mounting or mounting such that the red dot can be sighted in and viewed directly above the iron sights allowing instant use of iron sights through the XTS even during battery failure.Warranty: Burris warrants every product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for life even if you are not the original owner. They will repair or replace any product if examination reveals a defect.

If a cheap scope was "every bit as good" as an expensive scope, simply put there wouldn't be expensive scopes, period. Said that, this is a very solid performer. For this price range is hard to beat. Well made, sharp and bright red dot, comes with covers and has performed very well so far. Only time will tell how robust and durable it is. Uses a CR2032 battery that is not as cheap and readily available as, say, AA batteries, but not far either. I would recommend this to anyone short of heavy abusers of equipment. Yes the round red dot may not be absolutely perfect but if this small, tiny imperfection gets in your way of shooting then maybe its time to take up a new sport.
