Amazon.com Product Review
Leupold's Rimfire riflescopes are built and tested to the same high standards as all of the company's Golden Ring riflescopes, making them ideal for plinkers and small game hunters. This particular version of the VX-I Rimfire boasts a 28mm objective lens and a magnification range of 2x to 7x, making it easy to bring your subject into view.

The VX-I Rimfire includes a durable cover to protect the scope during transport. |
The scope's standard multicoat lens system, meanwhile, delivers a sight picture that's rich in visual detail and contrast. And hunters will love the Leupold Fine Duplex reticle, which delivers precision shot placement on small targets.
Other features include micro-friction adjustment dials marked in 1/4-MOA increments, a forgiving eyebox that provides for fast target acquisition, a durable Leupold scope cover that protects your riflescope during transport or when not in use, and a waterproof, fogproof design that's ready for a lifetime in the field in all conditions. The Rimfire riflescope--which is parallax adjusted for 60 yards--boasts a matte black finish and carries Leupold's full lifetime guarantee.

About Leupold From humble immigrant beginnings, Leupold grew--based on a promise of quality--to become a classic American company. In 1907, Fred Leupold set up a one-man shop at 5th and Oak streets in Portland to repair surveying equipment. He was joined by his brother-in-law, Adam Voelpel, and later by inventor John Cyprian Stevens, and the foundations for a century of success were in place.
During Leupold’s second half-century, the company focused heavily on the sports optics business. Leupold’s presence in the hunting and shooting market expanded with innovative optics and features that are now legendary among hunters, shooters, and outdoors enthusiasts. Many of the industry’s standards--nitrogen waterproofing, the Duplex reticle, and more--were Leupold creations.
