A lot of people find these scopes expensive and go for a cheaper brand. But, If you look around at higher end scopes, you will find these very reasonably priced. You will be hard pressed to find a better scope for the money. I put this scope on a new Ruger .270 and had a shot group touching each other at 100 yards. A great all around scope. Recommended.

Very Good quality for the price. Haven't shot with it but I think it will hold zero. Company with 100 year old history will doubtfully sell lousy stuff. Furthermore they are likely to use technology from higher-end products which at the same time have lower quality/price ratio. (Sight for ~300$ or ~900$ with the same magnification will not give you 300% better results)
