For the price, this product is an okay deal.. Unless you are planning on making it extremely tight. I was torquing the bolts down for a good hold when the top piece with the weaver rail burst into pieces. Apparently, the bottom piece is made of steel or aluminum and the top piece is made of cast iron... ugh. I am working with the seller to get the top piece replaced but have found a temporary fix using a piece of conduit strap with drilled holes to line up with the bottom piece and grade 8 bolts instead of the ones that came with it. M4x.70 were the sizes if anyone needs to know.

So, unless you are planning on torquing this thing down real good then this is a pretty good product. Works as advertised an no major complaints.

This mount will not hold things in place. I've even used loctite on the screw threads. If you just wat something for looks then save your money and buy this...if you want something that acutally works look elsewhere.
