Installed the Nikon Coyote Special 4.5-14x40 Max-1 on my TC 22-250 a few months ago. Great scope for the money, the light transmission is very good in low light conditions, and the BDC for the 22-250 or 223 is nice for quick target acquisitions at long distances. I've also shot this scope on an AR, makes for some fun shooting.
