I would suggest buying from someone other than Optics Planet.
I was sent these for 1/4 MOA and the box clearly indicated 1/4 MOA. However after opening the box one turret was 1/4 MOA and the other was 1/8 MOA. In order to open the box you need to tear the plastic tape around the box. This is where the problems begin. Optics Planet will not accept a return in which the tape is torn or cut. So I had to go to Nikon to fix the problem. The responses take a day or two so it drags out the process and they keep mixing things up.

Mall Ninja,

I have the Nikon Monarch 3-12x scope with the BDC reticle. I would highly recommend these after market turrets over the stock low profile ones. For those concerned with installation; it's a do-it-yourself kit that a cave man can do, although I'd bet the cave man is more intelligent than me. All you need is a flat head screw driver or a nickel (righty tighty, lefty loosey). The higher profiles make it much easier to manipulate. Please clear your rifles and pistols before working on them.

The product was not as described. One of the turrets was correct but the other was for a different model of scope. The folks at Amazon worked out an acceptable solution to the issue.
