Osprey scopes are not very good first one I had was a dud and the second was no better. You cannot focus the scope at any distance where it is sharp and clear. Not only me several others have tried it with same results. Tried to contact Osprey rep. has no phone # listed, wrote several times never answered. Purchased over the counter at a gun show. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this company, it appears to me that they are only individual reps handlng the product and not a reputable company..

Bought the scope at a gun show. Liked the ruggedness and weight of the scope, optics in the range, maybe better for the price range. Looks like it was built to take abuse. Especially like the AR 15 223/556 bullet drop compensator built in. 100 yard incriments, nice! Only beef I had with it was the top turrent retainer screw was drilled slightly off so the turrent has a slight wobble to it. My buddy bought one too and his was fine. Luck of the draw I guess. Only a cosmetic thing but still...

Has more eye relief than advertised. Maybe 5-8 inches depending on the zoom setting.

Would have gave it 5 stars but the wobble in the turrent annoyed me. Would I recommend it? Yes.

I ordered this item before Christmas 2011 and as of January 12, 2012 I still have not received it. They are misleading people by stating it's in stock and when you place the order the debit your credit card in advance before they even ship the item out. I am very displeased being that they are misleading people into ordering something they don't have in stock.
