Can't adjust,

This sight looks nothing ilke the picture - it looks like most lasers with a mount for a weaver rail. and uses 3 LM44 batteries.
You have to use a small allen wrench (included) to adjust it. It is impossible to adjust with any real accuracy. To adjust it you loosen all 4 adjustment screws. Then after adjusting for vertical, try to adjust it horizontally. What happens is when turning the right screw clockwise the beam will move left fot a bit then start moving right. Tightening the left screw will move it to the right also but after awhile it will start moving to the left. loosing the vertical adj screws will help you adjust it horizontally but then it will be almost impossible to get it adjusted vertically. After spending 45 minutes I managed to get it within 1 inch of a bore sight at 10 meters. Good enough for home defense on my Mossberg 500.
A cheap $14 laser sight I purchased earlier, with a simular setup, was much easier to adjust.
