Incredibly good magnifier! We originally bought this for fun to compare to the ACTUAL EoTech magnifier, but it turns out that the quality of the optics is completely indistinguishable! We have ended up switching them out and using this one instead. Thoroughly Impressed and have nothing but high praise for this magnifier!

I just received this and put it on to pair with my vortex tactical red/green dot sight and could not be happier. This is a steel of a magnifier at this price. It is very good quality and the clarity is great.
I am very impressed and content. I paired it with the sightmark flip side to side mount and at a fraction of the price of the eotechs would do it again all over again.

Update as of 10/18/11: Got what appeared to be a brand new scope from manufacturer. Same issues persist so it is clearly design flaws.
I have a 4x scope and when I look at an object, the magnfication in the 4X scope LOOKS like 4X. The magnification through this "5X" is no where near as large or as clear.
As state before, it looks more like a "Blurry 2X" magnfication.
If I could get a refund on this item, I would....

UPDATE: Had to severly drop my rating on this item. I finally got to go out and use it and compare it to an EOTECH 3X multiplier. Bottom line there was no comparison.
Sightmark 5X should have been labeled "Blurry 2X". It appears to have less magnification than the EOTECH 3X and the picture is very blurry-even with focus maxed out.
You can't call the company so I filled out their online RMA form and I am waiting to hear back...Read more
