Not enough back focus!,

I ordered this part to go behind my Eotech XPS2-0 and it simply does not have enough back focus like another reviewer claimed for the 5x model in his review. It is a good 2 turns away from clear focus at any distance. I don't know if it's made for people with glasses or what because my vision is 20/20 and it's slightly blurry for me at the furthest back focus. It is also cheaply made and their support appears to be very lacking in that I called them and their support 'guy' (apparently they only have one??) was off for the day and may or may not call me back the next day. Needless to say, this part is being returned and I am going to try the Vortex VMX3 instead even though I would really like to have the 7x capability. I would stay away from these guys myself if I were looking for a cheaper alternative to the ridiculously expensive eotech magnifier.
better than buying EOTech,

I have an EOTech 517 mounted on my AR and I wanted a magnifier for it, but EOTech magnifiers cost more than the holographic sights! They can range between $500-600. This magnifier is virtually the same thing, except it has a higher zoom (7x vs 3x), so it is actually BETTER than the EOTech magnifier, yet you're only paying 1/5 the price for it. You can make your own decision, but I'm not paying $400 just to have the EOTech name printed on the side.
I don't seem to have a problem with the back focus, and I have 20/20 vision as well. In fact, I didn't even know I could adjust the focus on it (so the lens was in the forward-most position), and I was still able to use is just fine, as long as the target was 30yds or farther. Now that I know you can adjust the focus (the lens is now in the rear-most position), I can easily see targets 10yds away and I don't even have to focus my eye when looking at targets 30yds+, and lets be honest, you're not going to be shooting at targets...Read more
