Taking its cue from the practical challenges of modern hunters, the Swarovski Z6 riflescope is an ideal scope for all-around hunting, uniting the different requirements for the forest, the field, and the mountain in a single tube body. Hidden behind the elegant appearance of the Z6 is state-of-the-art technology that has revolutionized the practical benefit of a riflescope. For instance, this version of the Z6 offers a sizable 2-12x magnification range, a 50mm objective lens, and 3.74 inches of eye relief. This allows for more distance versatility, greater precision, and increased safety compared to most traditional riflescopes. The Z6 also includes an ultra-reliable BR reticle--the most complete and precise long-distance reticle on the market--to help you precisely line up your target. Finally, the Z6 offers a field of view of 63 feet at 100 yards (at the lowest power), a far broader FOV than is available on most scopes. As a result, the scope can help you cope with moving targets in woodland as well as prey in an open field.
Nitrogen-purged, waterproof, and submersible to 13 feet, the Z6 riflescope carries a lifetime warranty.

Swarovski's Z6 riflescope sports a long-distance BR reticle. |

About Swarovski Optik Although founded in 1949, Swarovski Optik's roots actually trace all the way back to 1895, when Austrian Daniel Swarovski--who invented the world's first electric grinding machine for jewelry stones--established the family-owned Swarovski Crystal in the province of Tyrol. Since then, the name Swarovski has become synonymous worldwide with the clearest crystal, precision grinding, and a brilliant spirit of innovation, as the original enterprise continued branching out into additional lines of business.
Swarovski Optik owes its rise to Wilhelm Swarovski, son of the original founder and an avid hobby astronomer, who decided to build his own improved binocular in 1935 at a mere 17 years of age. With access to the specialized glass production and finishing technologies already used to manufacture jewelry stones in his father's factory, Wilhelm managed to develop a novel prism fabrication and grinding process that he applied in constructing his first 6x30 binocular. Wilhelm went on to found Swarovski Optik KG in Absam, Tyrol, in 1949, thus laying the foundation for a sports optics company with a global reputation. His company's first serial product, the Habicht 7x42, is still an industry standard in the field of hunting optics and continues to be produced in the best tradition of its founder.

Being a hunter for greater of my life, I have owned just about any scope worth mentioning. I have owned from the cheap Bushnell's to the Mighty Schmidt & Bender and still have found somethings that leave a lot to be desired.

I ordered an AR through Christensen Arms and asked for their recommendation on the ideal scope for hunting near and far and low light conditions and without hesitation his words were Swarovski Z6 2-12x50. I took his advise and got my setup up ready to go.. well I went on several hunts and while the day time this scope wow's you in many ways! You really won't believe your eyes on how clear this scope really is! Really! This was all awesome until I stayed late one time to hog hunt, ( legal in Texas 24-7 ) .. around 630-700 pm it was starting to get dark, a hog came out and I waited to see if others would show.. after about 30 minutes of wait time I grabbed my rifle and I couldn't really see the cross hairs.. Then for a second I thought...Read more
