This review is from: Tasco Shot Saver Mechanical Boresighter (Sports) I have used virtually all types of boresighters and this one is still the best in getting you on paper. I have used it on rifles from .22 to 7.62x54R and scoped pistols from 22 to .45 and it simply works better than other types of boresighters. Forget about the lasers and wasted battery power. Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Tasco Shot Saver Mechanical Boresighter (Sports) This is a quality product I have purchased through Amazon.com, and the second one I have owned, I let a buddy talk me out of the first one. As for a scope mounting tool and culminateor it is in my opinion the best tool. A lot of hype has been placed on the new Laser sighting systems, but I have not found one that will align the Scope Cross Hairs in a correct Vertical/Horizontal aspect to the world, if there is such an animal I have not seen one. If you are going to mount a Scope to a rifle this is the tool that will do it right. 1 of 2 people found the following review helpful: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Tasco Shot Saver Mechanical Boresighter (Sports) The .177, .22 and .30 caliber arbors are too loose fitting to use. The clamping screw was defective and would not screw down. The plastic
case that the unit came in was torn and the snap holding the shot saver stanchion in the case did not work. And of course the unit was made in China. Not worth the money. |
