I just wanted to make it clear for anyone who wanted to know that the first sight I showed in my video review is a competing product (Foshan 552) to the one I'm actually reviewing here.
As mentioned in the video review I'm introducing here, some of the key differences between the two are:
Battery compartment for the L&M XD-2 is much better and has a thicker cap.
Reticle for the XD-2 is noticeably brighter.
Reticle for the XD-2 is visible from edge to edge in the sight glass.
Clamp for the XD-2 is a screw type on the left side.
The reticle switch controls for the XD-2 are mounted facing you from the shooting position, as opposed to the other, which has them on the left side.
The XD-2 seems to be of better quality overall, even if I couldn't get on target with it at all.
Okay, now that the differences between the other dot sight and this XD-2 are out of the way, here are my thoughts on what happened.
