Other review is well mistaken. I have these rings on both a 7mm mag bolt and 5.56 AR (Check out the customer images). They hold a zero, mount great, especially when using wheelers mounting kit. Great rings. Dont over tighten or anything and they will be 100%

Used this with my Burris red dot scope. I like the ring, it's rugged and seems like it will last. One thing I don't like is that the hole under the scope ring does not line up with the center line of the rifle. This stops me from having my iron sights as a back up in case the scope malfunctions. If Burris fixed that I would have given the rings 5 stars.

Its a red dot mount.... Puts the red dot right on top of my front sight. Good mount for the money.
